Trumbauer's Motorsports is a small business specializing in Polaris on and off-road vehicles and Kioti Tractors. We are a professional, customer-centric company, and our goal is to provide prompt quality service to our valued customers.

Position:

- Parts Specialist
 

Job Type:

- Full Time

Duties Include but not limited to: 

- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Utilize organizational skills to keep track of inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
- Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner, both in-person and over the phone
- Use retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and taxes accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
- Utilize Excel or other software to track inventory and generate reports
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Hours: 

Tuesday-Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM

Saturday: 9 AM to 2 PM

Schedule adjustments will be considered on a case by case basis

Requirements:

- Strong math skills, including the ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive parts environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for order processing and inventory management
- Knowledge of automotive parts and the market is a plus

Wages / Salary:

- $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
